Subject Matter Experts Orientation Training

From September 4th to 6th 2024, a Refresher/Orientation Training took place in the Vatan Hall. The objective was to facilitate the newly appointed MJWC personnel in adapting to the Exercise Planning Process and discussing advancements in the NATO Exercise Planning Model. A total of 18 personnel, from the MJWC Subject Matter Expert Pool assigned by the force commands, as well as all MJWC personnel involved in exercises, participated in this training session. The interactive training comprehensively delved into the four stages of Exercise Planning Process, offered insights into the Steadfast Dagger 2024 Exercise, and introduced the roles of Exercise Control Centre cells and Functional Area Services utilized in exercises.
