EURASIAN PEACE 2025 (EUPE25) EXERCISE

Eurasian Peace 2025 (EUPE25) Exercise was carried out in MJWC/İstanbul between 05-16 May 2025 with the participation of only Balkan Chiefs of Defence (Balkan CHODs) countries witihin the scope of the Balkan CHODs Conference planned to be hosted by Türkiye. The aim of the EUPE25 Exercise is to train 66th Mech.BDE HQ to plan and conduct the execution stage of a NATO Peace Support Operation, in a comprehensive, hybrid warfare environment, outside of NATO boundaries. The Exercise was conducted in two phases:  Between 05-09 May 2025 for EXCON Training,  Between 12-16 May 2025 for Execution Phase of the Exercise. 26 invited personnel participated in the exercise from Balkan CHODs countries; 6 from Albania, 2 from Bosnia Herzegovina, 3 from Bulgaria, 2 from Greece, 2 from North Macedonia, 9 from Romania and 2 from SEEBRIG BDE. Additionaly, 4 personnel from NATO Joint Warfare Center (JWC), 207 from Ministery of National Defense (MoND), Tırkish General Staff, Force Commands and Public Instutions/ Organisations such as TRT, Ministery of Interior, Ministery of Health, Ministery of Culture and Tourism, DEMP, Red Crescent, Directorate of Communications Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye and 56 from Training Audience-66th Mech.BDE Command, totaling 289 personnel participated in the exercise. The Distinguished Visitors Day of the exercise was held on 15 May 2025.
